Five of the six half-bloods have been gathered. Yet whatever hope they have of defeating the power-hungry fairy queen, is swallowed by the progression of the war. With wraith hawks rampaging and his sister and friends separated from them, Jared and Lily must locate the sixth and final royal-half blood.

Except that half-blood is halfway across the world in the Philippines. With the dense population and vastly different culture, Jared must battle with his mind-reading and keeping sane. To make matters worse, a new connection with Krista across realms alerts him to the dire state of the war in Qotan.

With time ticking, the impending death of his allies, and the still missing dragons, Jared must confront the truth--his mother has to die to save everyone.
