Every afternoon at 5:30, thirty-five-year-old Julian Vance gets dropped off at home. For the next sixty minutes, he is completely alone with Elena, the gorgeous twenty-year-old babysitter. She is a distraction he can't afford, an obsession that makes his brain short-circuit on a daily basis, and a line he knows he shouldn't cross. He is trapped with Elena in the house thick with unrated, unspoken sexual tension.

Julian thinks he can handle the torture. He thinks he can keep his hands to himself. But when Elena starts giving him the green light, the daily countdown turns into a high-stakes game of near-misses, intense glances, and dirty secrets. They are playing with fire right under his family's nose, and it's only a matter of time before Julian takes exactly what he's been starving for.
