I wrote this book after realizing how often I asked my body to carry pain without ever thanking it.

These poems are acknowledgments—spoken at last—to the parts of me that adapted, endured, and kept working together when I didn’t know how to keep going myself.

This is not about healing as an achievement.
It is about loyalty.
It is about survival.
It is about learning to honor the body that stayed.
