Business is about choices. Risk. Treasure. Flow. Mistakes. People. Adventure.
This Book Is For
• Business families who want to explain to the next generation what business really is — beyond money and titles.
• Managers who need to teach newly promoted supervisors about flow, value, bottlenecks, and profit — without turning training into a sleep aid.
• Teachers who want to bring business to life instead of hanging formulas on classroom walls.
• Young people who are curious about business but cannot get simple answers from the adults around them.
Why This Book Exists
Because most business books are written for managers, entrepreneurs, and business students. Very few are written for employees, future leaders, and young people who want to understand how businesses create value.
Most children never receive a simple explanation of what business actually is.
Most employees are taught what to do, but not how the whole system works.
Most teachers struggle to bring business to life.
Most managers find it difficult to explain business fundamentals to new leaders.
This book solves all four problems.
Although written as an illustrated adventure for young readers, this is not simply a children's book.
It is a visual introduction to business, creativity, systems thinking, and leadership — designed for business families, teachers, entrepreneurs, young adults and first-time managers.
Many readers will discover that the ideas inside are far more sophisticated than the format suggests. Some adults may even discover they understand business better after reading this book than after years of reading traditional business textbooks.
Instead of teaching business through definitions and formulas, Business for Brave Kids explains complex concepts through stories, treasure maps, illustrations, practical missions, and real-world examples.
Featuring full-color illustrations on every page and a special chapter on creativity by world-renowned creativity legend Øistein Kristiansen.
Whether you are a member of a business family, a teacher, an entrepreneur, an employee, a young adventurer, or a leader developing future talent, Business for Brave Kids will help you see business not as a collection of formulas, but as a living system of people, ideas, value, and flow.
Open the map. Begin the adventure.

"What is business really?"

This book is his answer.
