Description & Overview
They say it's as easy as taking candy from a baby. Try that on the residents of Villa Quieta.
Carlo has a six-million-dollar problem: a fortune in diamonds that were never really his, and some very determined people who want them back. To disappear, he picks the last place on earth anyone would think to look — a luxury retirement home in a sleepy corner of southern Italy. Herbal tea, card games, sunsets over the sea. The perfect place to be forgotten.
At least until one night, when an armed crew surrounds the villa to take those diamonds back.
The ugliest, nastiest, funniest heist ever attempted inside a retirement home. A noir that laughs in the face of death — and old age.
