Beware the person who tells you not to read this book...

Do you remember what you were searching for in the first job you had?

Are you sacrificing something for work that you might one day regret?

Have you forgotten your dreams?

What passion have you hidden from in favor of the "needs" of your job?

At first, I didn't understand why I was so surprised by the work world-why it was so different than the way I imagined it would be. Everyone seemed to be out for themselves. The mentality truly was "survival of the fittest."

The War of Leadership is a powerful and candid examination of the halls of power and the backrooms of the business world. Inside, you will find difficult truths and hard lessons that will help you navigate and avoid the pitfalls you will encounter within the leadership ranks in order to refocus your goals beyond the work world to the wider arena of your life and your dreams.
