The Space Camp Secret– Easy Summary

The Space Camp Secret is about a girl named Sana Rahman who is interested in everything and loves to look at the stars. With her grandfather's old binoculars in hand, she often sits on the roof of her apartment building and thinks about space, planets, and life beyond Earth. Sana loves science, but she sometimes thinks she's not smart enough because she has so many questions.
Sana wins a free spot at Galaxy Junior Space Camp one rainy day. She learns about robots, rockets, tracking, how to stay alive, and how to work with others. She also makes three new friends: Zara, who knows how to code, Ben, who can fix almost anything, and Nia, who knows about space and stars.
Soon, the four friends see some strange blue lights close to a field they are not allowed to be in. They find a broken rocket, a secret cave, and a hidden tunnel. Pip, a tiny alien scientist from a faraway moon called Luma, lives inside the ship. Pip has been hiding since he crashed on Earth seven years ago.
There will be a dangerous meteor shower soon. His signal light could be destroyed if Pip doesn't fix his ship and leave soon. He might never be able to get in touch with his family again.
Sana and her friends chose to help. They fix the ship, watch the meteor shower, open old launch doors, and use the camp's satellite system to get power. They try over and over, but their plans don't always work out.
As she goes, Sana learns that being smart doesn't mean she knows all the answers. It means to talk, listening, asking questions, changing plans, and working with other people.

In the end, Pip gets to the sky and talks to Luma. Sana knows that being interested, being brave, having friends, and working together can lead to amazing discoveries.
Pip is saved by her questions, and Sana starts to think that she might one day become a brave and thoughtful scientist herself.
