The Wolf and Hound is the gripping first installment in the Fall of the Phoenix saga—an epic fantasy of exile, power, and the fight for freedom.

For nearly five centuries, the Eternal Empire of Ignance the Phoenix has stood as a fragile pillar of order in a shifting world. But as the Empire begins to decay, long-suppressed nations stir, and the balance of power threatens to unravel.

Baldric Eber’al, once a rising member of a prestigious order, is now an exile—reduced to a wandering mercenary searching for purpose in a world that has cast him aside.

Varya Sulvyg, heir to an ancient house, has lost everything. Sold into slavery by the very Empire her people resisted, she clings to the memory of who she once was—and the hope of reclaiming her future.

When their paths collide, fate offers a dangerous possibility: redemption, rebellion, and the chance to change the course of history. But can two broken souls find the strength to rise—and will it be enough to challenge an empire in decline?
