It has been one year since Ava Montgomery’s husband, Marcus,
was killed by a distracted driver, leaving her with a young son, a
shattered faith, and a rage she mistakenly believes is the last true
way to remember her beloved husband.
While Ava remains trapped in a cocoon of bitterness in her quiet
lakeside community, Daniel Rodriguez, the man behind the wheel,
is drowning in guilt, legal peril, and the fear that grace no longer
belongs to him. It is not long before his life collides with that of Ava’s
through a local food pantry, a fractured stained glass cross, a child’s
innocent prayers, and a church community brave enough to believe
that mercy can still rise. Guided by Pastor Ellen, loyal Tessa, and
wise Regina, Ava must decide whether forgiveness betrays love—or
finally sets it free. As Daniel faces judgment in court and within
his own soul, now only time will tell if mercy can rebuild what selfcondemnation
cannot.
Wings of Mercy is a moving novel about grief, accountability, and
God’s power to make broken lives shine again as two tortured souls
merge to take a life-changing spiritual journey together.
