Greg A. Stezenski grew up on a rural Wisconsin farm, where hard work, family, and animals were part of everyday life. Those early experiences shaped his appreciation for responsibility, compassion, and the lasting lessons found in simple moments.

His children's book, My Pet Pig, was inspired by memories from his own childhood and the special bond between a boy and the pig who changed his life. Through this story, Greg hopes to share the warmth of rural life, the value of keeping your word, and the way caring for animals can help young people grow.

Greg is from Shawano, Wisconsin, and enjoys telling stories that preserve the heart, humor, and lessons of growing up close to the land.
