Something ancient waits beneath the surface. When the water rises, it doesn't just flood the land—it remembers.

Antiquities dealer Caleb Morrow knows the South Carolina Lowcountry is built over buried secrets. But when he purchases a cursed, copper-bound alligator tooth from a desperate scavenger, he brings something far worse than history into his Beaufort antique shop. The relic doesn't just sit in a safe; it actively hunts, using the city's brackish water lines to pry open a predatory pathway that was sealed centuries ago.

As a ruthless real estate developer begins blindly drilling into the block's foundations, the ancient horror below fully wakes. Forced into a brutal fight for survival, Caleb must team up with a cynical homicide detective and his own sharp-tongued assistant to stop the slaughter. To close the gate, they have to trace a blood-soaked road of corporate greed, broken seals, and Indigenous folklore before the entire coast becomes a feeding ground.

The Teeth Below is a gritty, standalone Southern Gothic supernatural thriller about obsession, guilt, and the predators we create when we look away.
