Some truths are buried for a reason. Others are buried because someone is afraid you'll find them.

Fourteen-year-old Jared Thorne has always walked in the light— honest, quiet, and steady. But when he uncovers a mysterious stone in the heart of the Brevan Forest, everything changes. Visions begin. Whispers call to him. And a hidden world of ancient seers, celestial messengers, and long-buried kingdoms begins to rise from the shadows.

As Jared grapples with powers he never sought, dark forces awaken.

The Order of the Shrouded Flame-led by the chilling and charismatic Maliciously —will stop at nothing to keep the truth buried. Only Jared

stands in their way... a boy not born to be a hero, but chosen to become one.

With the help of his loyal brother Nathan, a light-born guide named Aurian, and a gift he's only beginning to understand, Jared must journey through deception, fear, and fire to uncover a truth that could restore a lost world... or destroy everything he loves.

The Seer's Apprentice is a tale of vision and courage, of light versus illusion, and of a boy who must rise to meet a destiny far older than himself.
