Sarah Montgomery is barely able to control the chaos and flooding threatening the Verde County Clerk's office. When experts conform that the aging courthouse is housing a colony of endangered bats, Sarah can barely control her fury.

As Sarah struggles to complete her duties to the public, the leaking bat- occupied roof keeps threatening to unravel her work..and her legacy.
