'Formation of the Missing Man' is a contribution that could only be made by a man - and Dr. Ernest Davis is the man chosen by God to address this serious issue. While women and children also suffer because of 'missing men', the recognition of men's plight by another man lends greater validity to the work. With candor and humility, Dr. Davis seeks to be an obedient vessel, encouraging men to confront what he himself has had to face. He is not only transparent about his journey as a 'missing man', but he also provides meaningful reflection exercises to guide readers toward healing.
