From Duo to Duel

Blood brothers in childhood. Deadly rivals in college. Pawns of a manipulator.

From elementary school, Kleo and Mathias were an unbreakable duo. More than friends, chosen brothers sharing an absolute pact of loyalty. Nothing seemed capable of dividing them, until they entered university and met Sofia.

Beautiful, cold, and diabolically calculating, Sofia immediately spotted the weakness in their fused bond. Far from being an innocent victim, she took perverse pleasure in igniting their desires, blowing hot and cold to test the limits of their friendship. Love transformed into obsession, then paranoia. Within months, the two blood brothers became the worst enemies, engaging in bloody brawls and provocations in the university corridors.

Trapped in this unhealthy game, each planned the other's demise. Mathias bribed the manager of their favorite restaurant to poison Kleo's meal. But Kleo struck first: allied with unscrupulous local dealers, he had his childhood friend coldly executed.

Believing the duel won and Sofia's heart finally conquered, Kleo savored his victory. It was then that the manipulator's trap closed. Terrified and disgusted by the monster she had created, Sofia brutally rejected him. Her logic was unassailable: if Kleo was capable of having his own childhood brother assassinated over a disagreement, what would he do to her at the first misunderstanding or when a prettier girl crossed his path? Kleo found himself alone, his hands stained with the blood of his best friend, pursued by the police, and condemned to live with the ghost of his crime. For nothing.
