Banished and alone, Duro wanders the burning edge of the world—until the sky is darkened by a black sun and the ground splits open beneath his feet. As omens and disaster tear his people apart, Duro discovers a forgotten power and a destiny greater than exile.

To save the tribe that cast him out, he must brave the haunted desert and reclaim the legendary Spear of the Fallen Sun before the darkness swallows them all.

But the deeper Duro journeys into the wasteland, the more he realizes the spear is not merely a weapon. It is the key to an ancient secret buried beneath the sands—and a power that may demand a terrible sacrifice before the sun can rise again.
