A failing trailer park. A reluctant manager. Twenty monster tenants with grievances.
When Ethan Calder loses his property management job, he books the cheapest cabin he can find and goes for a walk in the woods to clear his head. Forty minutes later, he's lying face down in the mud of a dungeon valley, wearing one shoe, being interviewed by a goblin in a tea-towel cloak who has a list of complaints and a sinew-bound notebook.
Welcome to Dungeon Park.
Twenty residents. Three hundred and fourteen days of unpaid rent. A plumbing system held together by hope. A mysterious System that has appointed Ethan the new manager and given him seven days to prove the park is worth keeping.
The goblins want a residents' association. The trolls want their property lines redrawn. The kobolds pay rent in polished stones. The slime in plot fourteen would very much like someone to do something about the smell. And somewhere beneath the office, something has been waiting for a long, long time.
Ethan has nine years of experience managing difficult tenants. He's about to find out whether any of it transfers.
Dungeon Park Manager is a warm, funny, character-driven cosy fantasy about the small art of being good at your job. Featuring a residents' committee that runs on clauses, a chair that signs its own paperwork, and a six-year-old kobold with strong opinions about ink, it's the first in a series for readers who love found-family fantasy, low-stakes-but-high-heart adventure, and the quiet competence of someone learning to do the right thing for the right people.
No grimdark. No power fantasy. No cliffhangers just a complete, satisfying book with progression mechanics, a working ledger, and a manager doing his best.
Perfect for fans of cosy fantasy, slice-of-life adventures, and stories where problems get solved by paperwork, patience, and the occasional cup of cinnamon tea.
