It’s still a Harsh Galaxy.

After preventing half of the crew of the Mintaka Mist from being enslaved, Captain Henry Dazenhaus is arrested, fined, and banned from his home port of Proxima Station.

Needing a new home port and work, the crew of the Mintaka Mist travels to the Eridanus sector, hoping to get a lucrative contract with the Galactic Explorations Consortium hauling supplies for smaller stations throughout the sector.

But Eridanus, populated by the five feline races, is not always tolerant of others. Soon, an encounter with pirates, corporate espionage, and the dreaded Jotun Filli tests the crew to the breaking point.

A thrilling space adventure, RIDING THE MIST is the second book in the Harsh Galaxy series by Stephen Drake.
