In The Land of Enchantment Trailer Park, best friends Zephyr and Fintan, form a deep emotional bond. Part mutual desire to escape the abusive hell that they were born into and part an acknowledgement that they are meant to be together regardless of their circumstances, they endure, dreaming of the day they can finally leave.

But that dream and that bond is broken when twelve-year old Fintan disappears, leaving Zephyr behind to endure until, alone at eighteen, he escapes to a better life.

Ten long years after his disappearance, Fintan finds Zephyr again. But Fintan's changed, he's nothing like the boy that vanished so long ago.

The Taste of Air is the beginning of the Sasq'et family of stories.
