When the law moves too slowly, someone else takes the tracks.

Suspended. Watched. Still dangerous.

Justice Jones no longer carries a badge, but that doesn’t mean the city stopped bleeding. When a violent confrontation erupts near a rail-corridor redevelopment project, Justice is pulled into a case that looks simple on the surface—a property dispute, corporate pressure, and a man who refuses to move.

It isn’t simple.

The land in question isn’t just valuable.

It’s strategic.

And someone is willing to redraw boundaries with bullets.

As tensions rise between developers, holdouts, and shadow investors, Justice finds himself standing in the rain between money and momentum—between those who own the ground and those who claim the right to it.

But when the shooting starts, there’s no neutral position.

In a world where power doesn’t wait for permission, Right of Way forces Justice to confront a hard truth:

Sometimes the tracks were laid long before you arrived.

And sometimes the only way forward is through.
