1966

By Lydell King Sr. & Patricia King

1966 is not just a collection of poems, it is a journey through the soul, shaped by faith, struggle, love, and self-discovery. Rooted deeply in spiritual reflection and real-life experiences, this powerful anthology captures the raw emotions of life as it unfolds, unfiltered and unapologetic.

From the echoes of growing up in the projects to intimate conversations with God, each poem invites you into a world where pain meets purpose, and questions lead to awakening. Themes of identity, inner conflict, relationships, and divine connection flow seamlessly, offering readers both reflection and revelation.

Divided into two meaningful parts, dedicated to Tassa Tassa and Lockwood Gardens, this collection of 42 poems speaks to the heart of human experience while remaining anchored in faith and gratitude. Every verse carries a voice that is both personal and universal, reminding us that even in chaos, there is meaning... and in struggle, there is growth.

Whether you are searching for inspiration, healing, or a deeper connection to life and spirituality, 1966 will resonate with you long after the final page.

Be blessed.
