One rainy Tuesday afternoon, the wifi breaks and Mikey is sure his whole day is ruined.

Then Fixing Dad arrives with a battered box of crafting supplies and one big, wobbly piece of brown paper.

By bedtime, Mikey has built an entire island. He's even the Mayor of it.

But the real magic doesn't begin until he closes his eyes.

ToyTown Island: Mayor Mikey and the Day He Built Everything is the first book in the ToyTown Island series. A warm, painterly picture book about imagination, hands-on creativity, fathers and sons, and the magic that happens when you put down the screen and build something with someone you love.

Perfect for ages 2-10. A bedtime story for makers, dreamers, and kids who would rather create than scroll.
